Our Story
Chattan Escrow has been in operation since February 2003 and we provide Escrow Services to a number of Blue Chip Companies, including major Commercial Banks, Financial Services Providers, Software Developers and Licensors.
Meet the team
John McPherson
Role:
John is our CEO and is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the company and client liaison. John has been involved in the provision of escrow services and consulting since 1998 and has been responsible for implementing certain key innovations in the contractual approach to source code escrow.
Braam Kruger
Role :
Braam is our COO and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of and adherence to process within the company. Braam has been a director of the company since 2003.
Nick Sheard
Role :
Nick is our business development and client relationship manager. Nick joined the company in April 2018 and is responsible for sales and client liaison.
